JAMAICA NIGHT CULTURAL FESTIVAL 2017! WOGA and Westwood will be mounting a booth at the Jamaica Night Cultural Festival. The event will be hosted at Devon House South Lawn Sunday, October 29, 2017. Ysanne Puts God First In Prepping For Exams Living in Runaway Bay, St Ann, Ysanne Williams had to make the daily sacrifice in ensuring that she got to the Westwood High School in Trelawny on time, while making sure she understood every concept that was taught. As we celebrate our 135th Anniversary, we have been met with both happy and traumatic news. Classes at Westwood were suspended indefinitely yesterday following a fire on Tuesday night. The fire, which was confined to the kitchen and main dining room areas, destroyed the roof, furniture and heavy-duty appliances. We are relieved that none of the girls were hurt and we laud the efforts of the firefighters and plant supervisor in quickly containing the fire. STEWART TOWN, Trelawny – Classes at the Westwood High School for Girls in Stewart Town were suspended indefinitely yesterday following a fire Tuesday night, which razed a section of the prominent boarding school.
