We spent some time with the track and field team at Westwood in Stewart Town, Trelawny. With the ladies being on board, they are able to spend their time either on campus or on the field. The ladies here at Westwood are well fed, they have been able to maintain their grades, and still focus on performing as best as possible on the track and the field! Coach Venson was going to take a break from coaching this year, but because of her team, she decided not to. From team captain and their deputy team captain, the students are encouraged to just do their best in their various events at the 2024 ISSA Boys and Girls Athletics Championship.
