Raymour Flanigan for WOGA New York – Charitable Pop Up

On Saturday, November 29, 2025, Raymour Flanigan (2005 Broadhollow Rd, Farmingdale, NY 11735) graciously hosted WOGA New York for our charitable pop-up. During our visit, Store Manager Mr. K. Khan presented us with a generous $500 donation to support the restoration of Westwood High School following Hurricane Melissa’s devastation. We are truly grateful for their partnership and community spirit.

On October 28th, Hurricane Melissa brought devastating winds and heavy rain across Jamaica, leaving severe damage in its path. Our beloved Westwood High School, one of the island’s oldest and most respected all-girls boarding schools- was not spared. Situated on the steep hills of Stewart Town, Trelawny, the campus suffered catastrophic destruction due to erosion, flooding, and high winds from a Cat 5 hurricane with top winds of 185 miles per hour, and like many institutions across the island, faces the long road to recovery.
