Support the development and implementation of an Information Security Management System in order to ensure the availability, confidentiality and integrity of the data, systems, network and services.
Main Duites & Responsibilities:
​Improve various processes (e.g. project management, change management, asset management etc.) by defining and including relevant security requirements, guidance and metrics;
Monitor usage of corporate data / protocols to detect policy violations. Manage and report on security events and incidents. Update incident management procedures to ensure incidents do not reoccur;
Administer existing security tools; recommend and help implement new security tools and controls when necessary
Coordinate parts of or entire security-related projects. Participate as security SME to non-security projects;
Research and assess potential threats, vulnerabilities and exposures. Communicate risks to appropriate functions. Maintain a register of all past and current risks;
Monitor mitigation progress against schedules, milestones, deadlines and escalate blocking points in due time if a suitable corrective action can not be implemented;
Develop and maintain appropriate information security standards, procedures, plans, controls, tests and metrics. Maintain a BCP testing schedule. Periodically report on activities, controls and metrics;
Provide information security support to business units across the markets and increase information security awareness within the company by advocating best security practices during normal interactions with employees;REFERENCE NAME: Rickaye Brown
