An Evening of Movement with WOGA

I don’t have rhythm. I don’t know how to dance. I’m too fat. I don’t have time.

No more excuses!  Take the next step in your wellness journey with WOGA and Meloney Levy, PhD for a virtual Zumba class.

This leads us into the next education session for our wellness series. The series entitled: “Thriving in a Culture of Wellness:  And then I looked around And Saw a New ME” is a  4-Part Holistic Wellness series of Evening Zoom Education sessions that are designed to support our members as well as other UJAA Member Alumni Associations during these uncertain times.

This week’s session “Part 3 – An Evening of Movement with WOGA” will take the form of a virtual Zumba class with old girl Meloney Levy and is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10 at 8:00pm – 9:00pm.

Meloney Levy, PhD, is a graduate of Westwood High School and currently an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at Morgan State University, MD. She is a licensed Zumba Instructor. She is licensed in Zumba Toning and Aqua Zumba, and proficient in group fitness and yoga training.
