“Epic”, “Informative”, “Refreshing”, “Well Timed” these are some of the words used to describe last week’s first education session hosted by the WOGA New York Chapter. The series entitled: “Thriving in a Culture of Wellness: And then I looked around And Saw a New ME” is a 4-Part Holistic Wellness series of Evening Zoom Education sessions that are designed to support our members as well as other UJAA Member Alumni Associations during these uncertain times.
This week’s topic will be equally intriguing with the South Florida team taking over the Webinar. Veterans Donna Lee-Nicholson and Cheryl Spence will host this session under the topic: “The ABCs of Health Care“. This is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27 at 8:00pm – 9:00pm.
Cheryl A.M. Spence, RN has been a Registered Nurse for 37 years, having graduated from the University Hospital School of Nursing of The West Indies, Mona and studied at the University of Phoenix, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Cheryl is a graduate of Westwood High School and Treasurer of the South Florida Chapter of WOGA.
Donna Lee-Nicholson, RN is a graduate of Westwood High School and Broward College and has been a Registered Nurse for 15 years. She currently serves as the President of the South Florida Chapter of WOGA.
